"Ok , let me be the first to give you 1 star , I've been with State Farm for approximately 16ish years , I opened it in Richmond Mi.i had a fantastic relationship with them , I always had 1 person to talk to about my insurance needs , (I moved closer into town to take care of my mother)I found a agency on Gratiot that I did business with 1 girl there that I did all my insurance needs with , this year she has no time to talk to me so I called back a day or 2 later she still has no time or refused to return my calls , he found it bothersome that I didn't want to talk to someone else that knew nothing about me or what I was calling for all of a sudden my premium went up almost $80. So just becarfull , just know what people are capable of doing. so goodbye as I have the same policy but $120 cheaper & he welcomed me and reassured me that i would be happier with him ."

Unfortunately with the new insurance laws we did need that new documentation to be able to get those discounts put in place so you would be able to receive those lower rates. Regarding the team member you are speaking about, she did have some personal family things going on and had been in and out of the office so that is why we did need to have you work with another one of our team members so we would be able to get that taken care of for you. "Everyone claims that they have the best insurance agent, dentist, doctor, etc. However I’m 100% convinced that Mark and his team are easily the best around. Mark has helped me and my family through so many claims over the years. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to from the office has been so pleasant to me. It may sound cliché but, they are always willing to go the extra mile to give me peace of mind. It’s amazing to come across people that actually care about your situation. I’m a 4th generation State Farm customer and I will never consider getting insurance through anyone else."
