- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop retention strategies and promote's crossale and suggest additions/changes to existing policies.
- Service policyholders as required, including endorsement processing and requesting information required by the insurance company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent sales experience is required
- Examples of relative experience that may be considered are retail sales, financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, manager of financial P&L
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Pay Scale Annualized Compensation
- First year $35k to $45k
- Second year $45k to $60k
- Third year $60k to $85k or more
