ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for new graduates or professionals willing to put in the effort to create a highly profitable insurance career and still maintain a great work/life balance! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Clear and effective communications with customers
- Ability to obtain your Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment
BENEFITS
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- 1st year - a new salesperson can expect to make $35k to $40k
- 2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $40k to $48k
- 3rd year - a motivated salesperson can generate $48 to $65k or more!
