Position OverviewWe are hiring a Customer Relations Representative to service and assist our current client base. You'll be meeting with our customers in the office as well as over the phone to address any concerns or questions they have about our products. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to start a successful and profitable career in insurance!
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about insurance options.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience, such as retail, hospitality, or service industry work history
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Property and Casualty license (will need to have or obtain within 90 days of hire)
